We only accept reservations from the age of 21 years or older.
When booking, a deposit of 25% of the total sum will be requested. This can be transferred, stating your name and date of stay, to account number IBAN BE59 0012 6512 5126 (Swift code GEBABEBB) in the name of Luc Van de Velde. 6 weeks before the arrival date you will receive a message to transfer the remaining 75% to the same account. If your reservation is made within 6 weeks before the arrival date, the booking is only final after payment of 100% of the rent.
A deposit of 300 Euro will be requested upon arrival in the form of cash deposit or reservation on your credit card. This deposit serves to guarantee any damage incurred and will be refunded as such in whole or in part within 7 days after departure.
The tenant will be welcomed by us on arrival and after a short tour will receive the key to the holiday apartment and the code card + remote control for the secure entrance gate.
On the day of arrival, the tenant has access to the holiday apartment from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, the tenant must leave the holiday apartment by 11:00 AM.
The holiday home itself has a non-smoking policy. The use of a barbecue is prohibited on the terrace or in the garden.
Pets are not allowed.
You are asked not to make excessive noise after 10:00 PM.
The use of air conditioning, gas, water and electricity is included (except for monthly rental during the winter period), but we expressly ask you to use this in an economical and environmentally friendly way.
Subletting is strictly prohibited. The stay of more people in the holiday apartment than agreed on the reservation is not allowed and can lead to the premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund of rent.
Deposits are not returned in case of cancellation. In case of cancellation from 28 days to the day of arrival, 100% of the rent is due. In case of cancellation on our part, any monies already paid will be refunded.
Upon reservation, the amount of 50 Euro for the mandatory final cleaning will be requested. However, if it appears that upon departure the holiday apartment is left so excessively dirty that the cleaning cannot be covered by that amount, the difference will be deducted from the deposit.
During their respective rental period, the tenant and other users are fully liable for all damage caused to the holiday apartment, the inventory and all items belonging to the apartment. We accept no liability for theft, loss or damage of, or to goods or persons, of any nature whatsoever, during, or, as a result of the stay in the holiday apartment. We accept no liability in the event of the failure or inactivation of technical equipment, utilities, or the non-functioning or partial non-functioning of the internet. The holiday apartment has a wireless internet connection that the tenant can use. The tenant is responsible and liable for his own internet use and if fines are imposed (e.g. illegal streaming), the personal data of the tenant/offender will be made known at the request of authorities/copyright holder(s). All costs incurred by the landlord in connection with such a breach will be recovered from the tenant.
